  • Access to my On Demand Workout Library

  • Access to the Private Facebook Support Group, for support and motivation.

Personal Training & 1:1 Coaching is perfect if you have a specific fitness goal that you intend to reach, or if you are just wanting to have someone their for support and guidance on your fitness journey.


My Online Personal Training packages include the same as above, but they are held on Zoom instead of in person/at the gym.
