Since starting the 4 Week January Fitness Plan with Jasmine, not only have I already seen changes in my body on Week 2! But mentally, I am feeling much more positive each day! I wake up each morning to a motivational quote of Jasmine which really does help you get through the day!
No 3 workouts are the same! She switches them up to ensure that we remain excited for each class! Which I do! She's so supportive and really is just a phone call / message away if you're feeling de-motivated in anyway! She most definitely keeps me on my toes and helps me set my weekly goals to make sure I don't slip through any cracks.
Can't recommend Jasmine enough! What a great start to 2021! Roll on the 4 Week February Plan!
