HOW MANY WEEKS ARE THE PLANS/MEMBERSHIPS FOR?

The VIP Membership is a MONTHLY Membership & renews automatically every month on the date that you originally purchased the membership.

​

The Strength, Movement and Mobility Bundle Plan includes 10 sessions that last for 1 MONTH.

E.g; if you purchase your plan on 1st March 2021 the plan will expire on 1st April 2021.

The Workout Bundles, with the pre-recorded workouts, NEVER expire, and once you have purchased these, they are yours to keep & use however you like.

WHAT CLASSES ARE INCLUDED IN THE VIP MEMBERSHIP?

All plans include access to the below classes:

Shape & Tone (Starting JUNE 21)
Lower Body & Core

Full Body Stretch (Starting JUNE 21)
Box-HIIT
Full Body

Core BLAST! (Starting JUNE 21)
Dumbbell Shred
Upper Body & Core

You also get access to the Exclusive VIP WORKOUT Library, so you can access these classes ON DEMAND!

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT TO TAKE PART IN THE CLASSES?

The equipment needed in each class:
A mat (or something to lay on during core exercises)
& a set of light dumbbells OR filled water bottles/food tins/jars as weight.

ARE THE LIVE CLASSES DONE ON ZOOM & IF SO, DO I HAVE TO HAVE MY CAMERA ON?

Yes, the classes are done via Zoom at the minute, due to COVID - however, you don't have to have your camera on for the sessions. Just make sure you can clearly see me on the screen, to ensure you are following the exercises correctly & safely.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE ONE OF THE CLASSES?

If you have a membership then, all of the classes are recorded & then uploaded to the Exclusive VIP Workout Library, for you to catch up whenever & wherever you like.

You can access the VIP Workout Library via the APP or The website. 

As this is a private page, you will just need to use your log in details (the ones you created when you joined your membership) and this will give you access to the page.

I'VE NEVER BEEN TO A FITNESS CLASS BEFORE. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

All classes are designed to be fun & effective. Each class has been created for all levels of fitness, and each exercise is modified to cater for all abilities.

WHAT DO THE 1:1 CHECK INS INCLUDE?

The 1:1 Check Ins have been designed to help support you on your fitness journey & help you reach your goals. You can ask me any questions at all during this time, and we can work together to help you overcome any barriers that you may be facing.
